Clients know exactly what they want...

Clients know exactly what they want. They just can't type it. "The button feels cheap" isn't a vague note. It's a precise feeling with no words attached yet. The job was never better briefs. It was helping them point at the thing.

    The distinction between not knowing what you want and not being able to articulate what you want is sharp. “The button feels cheap” is a good example of a real signal that still needs interpretation.
