Clubhouse intelligent transcriber of conversation to read later

I'm looking for some kind of tech to listen to a clubhouse event and intelligently transcribe the full conversation. This means it knows who is speaking and attributes the speaking to those individuals.

If it does not exist I do not intend to build it, if you choose to, just comment the product/tech when done.
