Co-Founder for Mobile App

I just developed a wireframe for a new mobile app called Flash15. I hired someone to develop the wireframe but now looking for a co-founder with a tech background who is interested in working with me to create a prototype. I am located in Denver so anywhere in the US would work. Happy to share details about the project and wireframes.
