Co-founder or Capital: Building awesome toolbox for web developers and designers

https://imgur.com/a/CKn2Rqj

Hi ladies and dudes :D,

TLDR:

  • Idea:

_ Instead of opening Inspector, installing a bunch of extensions, going to a bunch of websites to get your web things done, you just install one extension.

_ That will help you saving time, focus on get things done and
create an unified toolbox for Firefox, Chrome on Windows, Linux, MacOS.

  • Progress: It can be released end of this month. Domain name bought.

  • Market:
_ Target: Web developers and designers
_ No one competes, because they build a single tool, website, MVP.
_ We're going to building a complete toolbox.

  • Tools:

  • Inspector:
_ Quick view and copy style from any website.
_ Don't need to open inspector. Because Inspector messes up with view-port.

  • Font mixer:
_ Let you pick and mix live a font from any website, save as theme preset for later use

  • Color Gallery:
_ Let you pick and save any color you like, and save for later use in Font Mixer, Color palette.

  • Color Palette:
_ Let you view, copy, edit your color palette.

  • Image gallery:
_ Let you save an image link, inspiration design, or meme for later use, reference.

  • Read later:
_ Save the link for reading later, when you open. Link will be auto-removed from the list.

  • Note:
_ Write your ideas down instead of switching app or open another tab.
_ It auto-syncs across tabs, so it can be used as clipboard to share text, code between tabs.

More to come:
Dom Tool, Live editor, Snippets, Text expander, Gradient Tool, Box Shadow, Text Shadow, Transform Visualizer, Grid designer, Form filler, Reading mode ...
Later there will be an marketplace let you install tools and share/sell your own tools.

I'm looking for 1-2 experienced JS developer(s), it would be great if you working with web extension before.
I have a really big plan ahead.

Capital is great, but it is not really needed now. It would be helped to hire another developer or doing some marketing when launching. I'm not from US so hiring would be reasonable.
$100K for 1 developer in US = 5 developers in my country :D.

Profit will be split based on contributions, not because i'm owner of this project.

Any question are welcome.

All the best,
Vu
