I’m looking for someone with:
An ISTJ or ESTJ personality — you’re structured, detail-obsessed, and love ops
Experience managing eCommerce accounts, teams, or fulfillment systems
Interested in solving big problems in E-commerce with tech.
You’ve either:
Run your own DTC/Amazon store
Led Ops at a scaling eCom brand or agency
Built systems to scale teams, campaigns, or clients
Fluent in tools like Shopify, Helium10, Zapier, Google Sheets, project management software
Comfortable building backend systems to increase efficiency
But to scale this right, I need a co-pilot who wants skin in the game, not just another project.
