Coaches pay $41-75/mo for two tools that don't talk to each other — validating a fix

I keep seeing coaches/consultants complain about the same thing: Typeform (or similar) for intake + Calendly for booking = client books the call, skips the form, and the practitioner either does intake live or walks in blind.

Building Book & Brief — one link that does both in one flow. Client answers a branching intake form and picks a time slot in the same 90-second flow.

I'm a solo dev, this doesn't exist yet, I'm validating before I build. Flat $29/mo, never metered by response (the incumbents meter responses — that's their whole business model, and it's the thing coaches hate most).

Landing page + honest FAQ (including refund policy if validation fails): bookandbrief.com

Would love brutal feedback — is this a real problem or a niche annoyance?

The strongest validation would be what happens to the call itself. Have coaches with the problem seen enough improvement in pre-call readiness when intake and booking happen together that they’d actually replace Typeform + Calendly, rather than just agreeing the workflow is annoying?

Yeah I agree, either that or also too expensive, typeform _ calendly can get to like $70/mo, but this is exactly what I am looking to validate. If anyone using this split flow, has noticed that they don't feel prepared when it gets to the meeting because the client didn't fill in the form. Or perhaps they did, but it is becoming a hassle trying to link peoples form replies with the associated meeting.

That split-flow problem is the stronger signal. If you’re open to it, what’s the best email to reach you on?

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
