Code coaching communities?

As a long time .net developer I have been thinking about the possibilities in Visual Studio Live Share, and a comment that Jeff Attwood made in his blog post "What does Stack Overflow want to be when it grows up?".

He explains what Stack Overflow is not.

"What you'd want for a beginner or a student in the field of programming is almost the exact opposite of what Stack Overflow does at every turn:

one on one mentoring
real time collaborative screen sharing
live chat
theory and background courses
starter tasks and exercises
playgrounds to experiment in"

Are there any sites that offer these things in a manner where points I earn in mentoring can be traded in for being mentored?

For now, codementor.io does one on one mentoring and real-time collaborative screen sharing.
I am currently working on a similar idea where I will train student, live, and as a mentor, I will obtain points on successful mentoring and also give the student a good portfolio.
Are you looking forward to building one?

Thank you. I might like to use one :-)
