Coder looking for no code solution
I have a job that I want to do with tools that exist that require little code for as little as possible
I want a system that emails attachments with a message to a customer every week for 4 weeks. If they open an email it would stop emailing them and mark as done.
I would need to upload image and craft messages for each person.

I just build up a sample for this, you can just make use of Airtable for data & attachment, Integormat ( or zapier ) to glue up the process and mailgun to track for open, but as I say, there are many ways to block the tracking of open email, you might want to do few more tracking in order to pause to automated email.

Active Campaign is exactly for you. You can define many of such triggered actions as you have described. And much much more. I haven't tried it but I saw so many lessons about it.
Even you can define many different sequences and switch your guys between sequences in depends on their actions: open, click some links there, open twice and more

You probably can implement it with a combination of some website builders like we flow, some automatization tools like Zapier, and some transactions email service providers like Postmark.
