It probably doesn't cover the technical aspect as much as you would like but the folks at ExSaaSperated are sharing their experience trying to build a profitable SaaS.

I think this is a tough question to answer. In terms of code, the stack to use is the one your most comfortable with. Coding itself, well that depends on what your building. I would answer the stack question first then proceed to drill into what your building.
i am not trying to decide on on a stack to use , i am just looking for a blog or something similar, of someone building a SaaS publically , meaning sharing his progress and the steps he took .
