Coffee shop app
Hi I’m new here! I’m also new to programming and I have a few different app ideas in mind. I was curious about creating a coffee shop app kind of like Starbucks and coffee bean etc but for making it for a small chain coffee shop.. they have a small menu and have cute and catchy logos. But I’m wondering if you think they would think it’s odd that I would create it without them knowing.. and using their shop but just making it as an app. You could order coffee to go, only pay with card etc.

In short, does it means Deliveroo / Foodpanda for a small boutique coffee shop?
No it would be like a mobile pick up .. where you order your coffee on the app and then go in to the shop and pick it up when it’s ready. So if you’re in a rush the coffee is ready when you get there
Deliveroo / Foodpanda also do pick up service, maybe in my region only?
Is there any competitive angle you're offering?
I'm not sure why you would do this or whether it is legal to do so? Can you explain further?
I would create the app custom for them similar to Starbucks and present it to them but I’m not sure how they would feel knowing I made an entire app for them. I don’t want to approach them first asking if they want an app if I had nothing to show them.
