Cohort based product support group that...

...is free and without ads and self-promotion. (invite below)

If you want to work on your product in the next two months and be more accountable, I created a Discord server. It's free, and I won't allow self-promotion and/or ads. It's only for gathering people in the same stage of development with their products and solving their issues together to go faster.

For now, it's only for web dev and extension devs. Because this is what I want to accomplish myself. The idea is similar to cohort-based developer boot camps. We will improve each other with no self-gain.

Don't join if you (Seriously, I will ban you with no warning)

  1. are looking for self-promotion opportunities.
  2. are looking for product discovery, product validation, marketing related content/help. Group is solely for developing together, tackling similar issues, and going to market quickly.
  3. want to flex about unnecessary and meaningless "wins" like your 1500$ MRR. We couldn't care less about your MRR, and you can flex in indie hackers.
  4. if you build mobile apps, games, template packs, design stuff etc. (unless you are at least five people and one of you can moderate the group according to the aforementioned rules)

Why do I do this?

I am not the most brilliant developer. My profession is digital marketing. If I have to give you an example, it took me a week to implement an authentication flow to my chrome extension app. I know it'd be faster if I were in a group with others who have recently implemented auth in their app and with fresh knowledge.

What's the catch?

No catch or hidden agenda. It's not paid. It's not a marketing stunt. I am not trying to build a community or anything. If noone responds, I will keep doing what I do and try getting answers in 100+ other discord servers like Supabase, Remix, and Tailwind based on my tech stack. If anyone joins, I believe we can go faster together, helping each other.

Why cohort, and what are the time constraints?

It's cohort-based, and the next one is Feb-March. If it continues, the following ones will be quarterly. It's only a cohort, so we can stay at a similar level and have the same target deadlines. Since it will be the same for all of us, we can run faster :) If we fail to ship, well, who cares? Keep doing what you are doing in the next cohort, but maybe in a different group. (if there will be multiple groups)

For anyone who wants to join, here's the invite: https://discord.gg/zVvtEYJ2H9
