Cold email for landing page leads - how?

I'm using ConvertKit to create some landing pages to validate a product before I actually build it and would like to see what interest I can get.

I've seen some great posts regarding cold email outreach and some good template ideas to get started with the copywriting side of it.

The question is, which sender email address do I use?

I have purchased a domain for each landing page, but setting up an email for each domain seems a little overkill just for the validation process. (Also bear in mind the product ideas are different and unrelated).

Is it acceptable to send out cold emails to potential leads for my product from my personal email? Is that less likely to trigger a conversation? Is it better to pay the cost and admin hassle to set up private email hosting for each product idea I want to validate?
