Cold Email Infrastructure as a Service?

I have an idea and would love some initial feedback: Cold Email Infrastructure as a Service 🤖

Here is some context:

I run a small database SaaS called VCbacked.

My customers tend to be marketers who want to close VC-funded startups as new customers.

To do so, they send cold emails. And this is where the challenges start.

Very few people are setting up their cold email infrastructure correctly. As a result, they buy leads and waste them, because their emails land in spam.

What is correct cold email infrastructure?

It starts with buying new sending domains, warming up email accounts, setting up DKIM and DMARC records and and and and...

There is a quite a bit to it and most marketers completely disregard it, leading to poor performance.

Question: Who here has used providers or agencies that have set up cold email infrastructure for them?

What is your experience?

I am wondering if it makes sense to partner with someone or offer this myself in order to ensure my customers are happy.

I was looking for something like this last month. Great idea!

Not many are doing that part. Most people take the whole thing like setting up, emailing, getting meeting setup. Because 'set up cold email infrastructure' is usually one time job for each domain and there are solutions like Inboxflow.net that automated this part. They haven't automated the 'buying' domains' part but once you have domains, they can setup the Cold Email Infra in 30 seconds and the Inboxes are ready and they don't handle the warmup though.

That's pretty sweet, thanks for letting me know! I'll definitely check them out.

Hey BF - I'm doing this now (hiring someone to help set up the stack) and have had quite a few people pitch me on it.

The good thing - there's definitely demand for it. Most people don't charge a ton for this though and I'm not sure if I'd keep them on monthly for a consulting fee.

    Stack is normally:

    Woodpecker/Outreach/Instantly AI

    • Apollo IO

    • scraping of relevant lists

Do you do the full package (finding leads, writing copy, setting up campaigns) or do you just set up the cold email accounts?

All of the above. Implement the stack, setup and warm the domains, find initial lists, and write the first set of sequences.
