Resilience Score: a credit score for your sender reputation
Every mailbox carries a 0–100 Resilience Score that adapts healing speed to real sender history. Strong score? Faster recovery. Weak score? Slower, more careful rehab. Relapse? Automatic step-down with 2x cooldown. Repeat offender? Escalated for manual review before it can hurt you again.
Fail-closed by design
We never graduate a mailbox out of quarantine without live SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blacklist verification. Below a 25/100 infrastructure score, even operator overrides are blocked — because some domain damage can't be undone, and we'd rather slow you down than let you torch an asset.
Origin-aware recovery
New or burned domain being rebuilt? Rehab mode. Healthy domain that recently degraded? Recovery mode. The system knows the difference and treats them accordingly.
