Cold emails don't work overnight - Here's how I built my cold outreach engine

Hey guys, after 8 months working on my cold outreach process, I'm finally able to get a predictable amount of demos just from cold emails.

It took a while to get there, there are many things to look out for and not a lot of quality information to learn how.

So I wrote a detailed guide of my process.

⚡️ A founder’s guide to cold emails

Hope it saves some time and headaches. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Dmarc data are alike, communicating with recipients about what happened with their communication is crucial for maintaining security through this protocol to find dmarc vulnerability.

    Love this!

We encapsulated some of this into https://clarie.io, so you can test your emails before you hit send.

    Good post! Wondering if this

Never ever use your own domain for cold emails. It will for sure ruin your domain reputation, no matter how hard you try to send relevant messages to a specific audience.

Is also true if you use Gmail for outreach? (i.e. G business suite with your domain, sending through googles servers)

Yep! The problem is that your primary domain can become ~tarnished~ if people are marking your emails as spam. This then causes deliverability issues if you're also using that domain for other things, like transactional email, or as your daily-driver email address.

Totally agree with @realfeal. I occasionally still use our domain for campaigns but limit my email automation tool to 70 emails a day. Been doing it for a few months and haven't noticed domain damage
