Coliving, coworkings, rentals adjusted to work?

Question to Digital Nomads and all travelers who work during their travels.

Looking for recommendations for remote friendly rentals (which means comfortable chair, desk and fast wifi). I mean Airbnbs you have used, colivings, coworkings and any other bookings.
