Collect Pre-beta subscriptions?
Does anyone know of a payment system where users can sign up and enter credit card info while you are still Pre-beta? I mean, if I'm a user, I sign up and enter my CC info, but my card is not yet charged until the site is functioning (of course, this will be made clear on the website). The reason is that, as I speak with advisors and investors, I'm not immediately looking for capital, but I want as many customers as possible, and I don't want to wait until I go live with Beta! Thx!

You can use Stripe to "authorize" a charge but not "capture" it at that time. You can also just accept a user's credit card info (using Stripe) and while you won't have cc info you'll have a

That is a great way to validate an idea - but difficult :)
I am building a platform that provides a very flexible payments capability and plan to add pre-order option.
