I would create a simple site, where invited people can share their growth tactics, divided by market segments and their obtained results or failures.

I would vote something in between. It sounds like the collected data is helpful but there are no incentives to share. Helpful for the "lurkers" but not so much for the "creators".

The advantage for Creators are in the same way as Dribbble profile. They're the same "Personas".
