Collecting subscription fee for non-us users

Hello fellow Indies

I am releasing an app to many countries and the free trial version has been great so far.

I am using Stripe and Amazon Pay to accept subscription fee for US-based customers, but unclear how to collect subscription payment for Non-US customers in terms of country taxes, country-based fees, licenses...

Any suggestion?
