Collecting User Feedback- What's Your Approach?
This is my first contribution to the group and I hope you can find it useful.
Inspired by the Mom Test Book by Rob Fitzpatrick, I created a downloadable sheet for anyone who is interested in testing their product ideas before they launch.
You can download this sheet to see our process at scrintal.com in doing Problem Solution Interviews and Lead Finding Product Meetings. The best way to use it would be to change it according to your needs and add a summary sheet of the interview notes.
The approach I take at Scrintal: User interviews are not goals in themselves. I have interviews to answer our team’s product questions, learn user workflows and sometimes identify new customer personas.
