Commercials, CEOs and corporations

I have three things to do today:

1. I paid someone on Fiverr $60 to write and record a professional sounding commercial for my business. I need to identify and reach out to five podcasts and see about advertising with them.

2. I need to decide if I want to hire a “CEO” or be the CEO. I think we can grow fast - but do I do this for the learning (and be the CEO) or optimize for speed and money (which is its own learning). I’m currently making twice as much in my ih than I make at work - and hiring a CEO would take a chunk of that.
   Hm. Decisions.

3. I need to hire a lawyer (got some recommendations) to set up the proper legal structure.

Goal is to sell at a $5m valuation.
I need to be closer to 100k/m I’m only at a quarter of that now.

So…. I’m going to reach out to my target audience. :)
