Committed to creating my first course this week

Hey everyone,

By day I'm a junior developer for, and in my off time I often dream about making enough money to allow me to work the hours I choose and build stuff I want to build and learn whatever I need to build my ideas.

I often find myself getting caught up with a solution in search of a problem. I've been doing this for years and years, trying to think my way to a million dollars and it's been nothing but disappointment thus far.

This year I've made a promise to myself that I would become financially independent with my own business.

When I look at other people for inspiration, internally I have this nagging belief I will fail no matter what I try, and a belief that I don't have enough talent to do what others have done without a great deal of frustration and pain trying to force it.

Today I decided, during my usual "shopping" for inspiration and ideas online, to just pick a way that I would love to make my desired fortune and put in the effort to make that work instead of trying to force something.

I choose writing eBooks and selling video courses. I want to create products that will be a game changer for someone such as myself a few years ago. I figure if I stay a few steps ahead of my potential course student, and learn as I teach, I can provide enough value that my course will bring me enough income to give me the freedom I want.

There are so many course subscription services, email services, and so on, so the focus will just be on providing something that's of value to my potential students and not getting hung up on the technical parts.

This is day 1 and I've decided to make it work in 2020, and reach my goals of $30,000+ a month in passive income from my Courses.
