Committing to launching my recipe app

I had an idea for an app years ago which I thought I'd find useful. I've built and rebuilt it in a ton of different languages and frameworks but never released it. I'm currently finishing off the functionality so have put up a landing page with an email capture form and I'd love to get some feedback on what I can do to improve it.
