Community building site/app targeting parents of elementary school students, looking for tech/design co-founder

I've spent the last year or two working on this project in my spare time, and the project is about 60% of the way done. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable working with Vue, Nuxt, NativeScript and possibly PHP, but who also has a design background.

I'm very experienced with UX/UI building, but not designing them so they look nice. Give me the parts of it and I can use them, though. I've also got over 25 years of being self-employed and am now on my third business venture. Never "hit it big" but done well enough to make a living.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who can help create the graphics and UI elements and help shape the UX. This person would also ideally like to create a community building platform for the parents of school-aged children, and help solve some of the frustrations that parents have, especially in this new age of distance learning.

The first iteration of the site is at https://dittos.io/ . I've been working on a new version of the site to bring the (as yet unreleased) app and website into sync, the new site will be live as soon as I can find a designer to help me with the new front page ;-).
