I am sure someone had to already solve this. Let's say you have your fresh LLC and now yo have to setup basic operations infrastructure:
- Company domain and website
- Emails
- Place for sharing documents(Google docs, Dropbox)
- Communication channel (Slack, Discord)
- Project management tracking (Trello, Jira, Monday...)
- Other things like company password management, finance tracking, payment processing
We managed to do this, but it had few problems:
- we had to figure out sometimes by error what tools we actually need, which meant trial and error and often cleaning up a mess
- bit hard to maintain, even basic information is split between different apps
- we pay for everything separately would hope for some package price
- had to setup system for communicating between moving parts , which I was able to do mainly because I am technical so I was able to either setup Zapier or if necessary write simple scripts to automate
I pretty much would be able to create simple flow where you pick from best services and sell that. Wouldn't cover every case obviously, but should cover a lot of companies (especially if I pick a decent niche)
How did you deal with this, have you seen this solved and if not what do you think I am missing here?
Think this idea works if you do not charge the customers anything. But charge back to SaaS companies with a 'finders fee'/affiliate marketing for bringing customers.
