Competitor Analysis as a Service

I'm a Business Analyst by profession and am currently planning to productise one of the main skillsets I use on a day-to-day basis - Competitor Analysis.
My offering would be as follows

- Detailed report with insights on competitors in your market
- Recommendations provided by a professional business analyst (A real person)
I'm still researching exactly what aspect of Competitor Analysis would be most valuable to indiehackers - any feedback would be welcome.
What is it about your competitors that you're most interested in finding out?
Competitors are changing in fast-moving markets/eco-systems. I would like to stay updated. A monthly plan would be more attractive than a one time payment.
