I'm a chronic procrastinator, and I'm not proud of it. But lately, I've been making a conscious effort to change my ways. Here's what I've learned:
💡 Consistency is key. Whether it's a small task or a big project, doing a little bit every day adds up over time. It's much better than trying to cram everything in at the last minute.
💡 Take baby steps. Instead of overwhelming yourself with a huge to-do list, break it down into smaller, more manageable tasks. This way, you can build momentum and feel a sense of accomplishment as you tick things off.
💡 Be kind to yourself. If you slip up and procrastinate, don't beat yourself up. Instead, focus on getting back on track and making progress.
