Conflicts management service Idea (need feedback)
Hi guys, I wonder if it might be useful for companies to provide their employees with ability to report (with ability to submit reports anonymously) on harassment or any other thing they found disappointing about their job or colleagues in convenient way not by sending letters to HRs (this letter might be missed) but in the web app, so HRs or any person responsible for management of such situations can investigate the problem and get feedback by the report creator.
Devil's Advocate:
.. Many companies already have that in place
.. Very sensitive info, so companies wouldn't buy it as SaaS from an Indie Hacker
.. Very easy to implement and clone, so non-defendable

The idea is interesting, but I agree with the previous feedbacks. It will be hard to convince bigger companies to use a tool like that because of the sensitivity of data. And I think bigger companies should be your target group.
I believe that your idea can be easily done just using a simple google form. Maybe this could be useful for you to validate your idea.
