Considering alternative business models for my open source real estate website builder

For 4 years I've been maintaining an open source project that I have not managed to monetise.
In the last few months I've been able to add some interesting new features which haven't made it to the open source version yet.
Before I decide if I should open source those features too I'd like to find out if there is anyone here who would be interested in working with me to offer the updated product as a SAAS.
