Consultant: offering free start-up/business model support
Hey everybody,
Did you know that most startups fail because they didn't develop their market and couldn't find paying customers - not because they were not able to deliver their product?
That's why I would like to support you during this critical process and give some of my learnings back to you (free of charge). We can use the time as follows:
- Introduction session into Lean Start-up, Customer Development & Agile Development
- We work together on your business model (while using the lean canvas; business model canvas)
- Discuss any general questions you might have related to your business
Some background:
During the last 1.5 years, I got passionate about the lean startup and customer development approach and realized that many mistakes I did, in the beginning could have been avoided.
Previously, I was working as a Consulting Manager at an international SaaS company (in Munich and New York). Afterwards, I have successfully founded a C2B technology startup related to the home renovation market.
Offering free support is a great way to build relationships and gain insight into the challenges founders are facing.
Sometimes a small adjustment to the business model can create a significant impact on growth and sustainability.
It would be helpful to know which stages or types of startups you're most experienced working with.

I have started a networking community for business across sectors. Would you be interested in becoming a part of the community and mentoring people in their free time? or we could brainstorm ideas. My goal is to make networking easy and daily across various sectors. This could be used as a promotional platform by start-ups and businesses. Also will be talking to VC, mentors and lawyers to join the community, allowing the business to reach people easily. Not mainly start-up focused but across different sectors.
