Content curation directory style project - best solution for a non tech person?

Hi IHers,

I have an idea and I would like to build asap. My side project will be a directory of tools & resources, books, and events (3 separate categories) + a blog section. Something similar to: https://nohq.co/tools/ or https://usefyi.com/templates/marketing-templates/

Some of my minimum requirements would be:

• Integration with Mailchimp;
• Possibility to have sponsorship slots (like this WP theme has: https://engigogo.com/marketer/survey/)
• Filtering possibility inside a category (filter by subcategories somehow);

I have to mention that I am not a non-tech person. Until now I discovered the following options:

• These 2 WP theme (none of them it feels complete for me): https://chipmunktheme.com/ and https://qdonow.com/eposo-wordpress-theme/
• Build from zero in Webflow - this takes a long time and big learning curve.

If anyone has any other idea, I would really appreciate it.
