The concept looks very interesting to me.

In the past I have used WordPress as a headless CMS (although, at least at that time, it was a bit of a forced square-peg-in-round-hole situation) with a php-based REST API back end and a Reactjs front end app.

I'm not yet using a static site generator, so I'm not quite ready to jump onboard, but I'm going to read the doc and kick the tires with the free-tier account while I'm evaluating SSGs, jamstack, etc.

OK - I have watched an intro video and have read the doc - IIRC the video says that you must connect to a public repo - does it or will it support private repos?

While it looks very promising, the current documentation is very terse, and I see that your user guide is not yet ready - so frankly I'm wondering whether you may be launching prematurely.

I'm interested enough in its potential to try some hands-on experiments, and I'm willing to go through some pain to get onboarded - but maybe others may not be quite so ambitious.

Hey! Yes Contentrain support "private" repos either. There is no limitation for repos.

We trying to improve our docs and user guide in a short time.

You can use Contentrain with SSG and SPA projects, you can also use Contentrain with only VanillaJS, HTML CSS static projects.

If you need any help for your projects you can reach me at [email protected]

Good product, congrats and good luck!

I'll ask again, sorry 😅 Will there be a visual builder for static web app cloud hosting solutions and/or Contantrain hosted solution? That would be a great deal.

Hi buddy 🤩 There is no visual builder yet but we are planning to add this feature in time. We want add a Hosting and CDN service in Contentrain soon ⚡️
