Contractor Agreement Templates

Hi, fellow Indiehackers,

do you have great examples of contractor agreement templates, including different wordings for payment terms (e.g., hourly rates, estimates, upfront payments), changes or modification of the project scope, and legal terms?

I have been browsing the internet but most are either to "dry" and legally bloated or too casual and not professional.
