Conversion rate is pretty low for the weekend. Tell me what your thoughts are!

Hey everyone,

I launched on Friday, just like I said I would. I'm working on a full article for Indie Hackers , but for now, I have questions for you.

I've had a few hundred visitors, and less than 20 sign ups for the weekend. Furthermore, once they log in, very few actually use the site.

I know these are low numbers (I'm purposely slow-rolling the launch so I can catch issues early), and I know the weekend is generally a low engagement time anyway, but I think my site has issues with it being too "spartan". It might be hard for people to know exactly what they're signing up for, and once they've started, what the use of the program is. I'm going to work on that this week, but I'd love more input.

What are your thoughts? I'd love to hear any and all critiques.
