Conversion Revenue in exchange for Copy

I'm interested in copy writers that are willing to take conversion revenue in exchange for email copy material. My business is ready for growth and I have plenty of market data (including previous campaign results), but I need help writing effective copy for email campaigns.

I'm willing to pay the full subscription rate for every successful conversion from provided email copy (headlines/subject line, copy/content). I have no interest in ads at this time since I already have a well defined market (+150k).
