ConvertKit Funnel Breakdown

We recently transferred our email marketing from Mailchimp to
ConvertKit. The process was extremely smooth and it's a way stronger email software in our opinion. Time to do a breakdown of their funnel.

Have a look at the breakdown:

I concur that fostering camaraderie and cultivating robust team dynamics holds significant importance, particularly in remote product teams. The absence of face-to-face interactions can lead to team members feeling disconnected from each other and the collective goal they strive for. Here are some valuable recommendations to establish strong team dynamics within remote product teams:

Establish regular communication channels: Arrange regular team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and communication platforms that facilitate seamless sharing of updates, queries, and collaborative efforts on projects.

Encourage social interactions: Promote opportunities for social interactions among team members, such as organizing virtual coffee breaks, engaging in team-building activities, or facilitating informal chats.

Cultivate a positive team culture: Create an environment that fosters a positive team culture, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, open communication, and respect for diverse perspectives. This approach will strengthen team bonds and boost overall productivity .

I agree that building comradery and strong team dynamics is especially important in remote product teams. Without the benefit of in-person interactions, it can be easy for team members to feel disconnected from one another and the common goal they are working towards. Here are a few tips for building strong team dynamics in remote product teams:

Establish regular communication channels: Set up regular team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and communication channels that allow team members to easily share updates, ask questions, and collaborate on projects.

Encourage social interactions: Find ways to encourage social interactions between team members, such as virtual coffee breaks, team-building activities, or informal chats.

Foster a positive team culture: Create a positive team culture that values collaboration, open communication, and respect for diverse perspectives.

Celebrate successes: Celebrate team successes and milestones, such as project launches or successful product releases, to build a sense of accomplishment and shared purpose.

Prioritize trust and transparency: Build trust within the team by being transparent about project goals, timelines, and progress, and encourage team members to be open and honest with each other. https://ehsaas8171.com/

it sounds like you have identified a pain point that you experienced while creating presentations and have created a solution for yourself and others. Simplifying the process of creating slides while maintaining a professional and visually appealing appearance can definitely be a valuable tool for anyone who needs to create presentations frequently. I wish you the best of luck with MeetSlides and hope that it helps you and others save time and reduce the frustration that often comes with creating presentations. https://vrltracking.packstrack.com/

Thanks so much for sharing this! I recently was trying out Mailchimp and comparing with Substack. Do you have thoughts about that?

I liked the concept of Substack's unlimited subscribers, analytics, and creating a publication out of a newsletter. But the graphics department is lacking!

Hey Adam! I don't have experience with Substack, but ConvertKit works amazing so far. You can create custom funnels for people who don't click on a link for example. Those funnels can be complex to create, but extremely valuable!

Also love the looks of ConvertKit and very easy to create clean emails. You can sign up for our newsletter and see for yourself:

Oh wow that custom funnel concept is really cool!

        Just signed up!

One of the other reasons I like Substack is you can read the newsletter articles without being subscribed. For example: https://kahana.substack.com/p/olivia-mancuso-josh-slavin-eden-gold

Wow, that's an interesting feature for sure! Didn't know that
