A friend is looking for some mid/senior level development help. Can anyone offer a hand?

Its a Pretty cool bootstrapped App with a definitive business model and really good traction. He's looking to take it into the next level and is looking for mid/senior level development help.

Tech Stack:
Backend: Firebase + node.js
Frontend: React Native + Redux

Best case scenario he would offer you a chunk of equity and a vesting option. If you want a payment + equity option he' is open to that but would like to discuss it privately. Really looking for commitment and trustworthiness.
