How about making friends with small dev shops and other freelancers that don't offer copywriting and partnering up with them?
Or you could offer feedback/suggestions for improvement on sites on Twitter, do short 2-5 tweet breakdowns on how you'd improve a site or piece of creative and start building a name for yourself?
