Could QRmenucreator have been made in no-code?

It's the latest project from Pieter Levels (QRmenucreator.com) and I wonder if it could have been made in a no-code way?
The live preview seems like the tricky part. Let me know if you know what kind of tools we could have used :)
Yes I think you could definitely make this using no-code if you wanted to.
Bubble has a fantastic rich text editor and QR code generator, as well as a lot more so you could even add to the amount of features if you wanted to!
