Could someone be an Indie Hacker without being a developer?

I work for the moment on my newsletter as side project, but not only that, I'm preparing my podcast when I would like to meet founders, builders and also people who just know what they want ..
I want the world to know that things are not easy, but POSSIBLE !
Let me know what do you think is the real definition of an indieHacker ..

I don't think you need to be a developer to be an indie hacker. To mean it's different than content creation though, content creation may be part of it but I feel it's about birthing some type of new digital product or service into the world.
You are right ! but all the business or almost needs a digital plateform...
To do marketing sometimes you need to have at least a website.
