We can't promise anything, but we're optimistic this should smooth the process to closing a sale." - 5% of the company for 10k? Who would accept that deal...?
Many will, because it pays out $10k and the likelihood of it ever being more is statistically slim, so giving up 5% of nothing is easy to accept.
