COVID-19 NoCode Self Reporting Tool
Hey IH! This weekend I set out to build a thing that helps people self-report COVID-19 symptoms without code. So far, I made this form (https://covid19-reports-submit.paperform.co/).
There a few folks working on a code-based solution but this is made of Paperform + Zapier + Airtable. I cannot share the latter yet before I square away any possible issues with privacy/GDPR.
I'm still not 100% if this is a good idea. I need your critical feedback, comments and thoughts. This thread is great but you can also submit it here (https://paperform.co/edit/covid19-reports-feedback).
