CraftBoop: Built automated follow-ups for service businesses — just launched, looking for feedback

Been building this for a few months and just officially launched. Wanted to share with the IH community and get honest feedback.

The problem: Service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, cleaners, painters, landscapers) are terrible at following up with customers. They do great work but never ask for Google reviews, never remind people to rebook, never ask for referrals. It's all manual or it just doesn't happen.

What CraftBoop does: After each job, it sends an automated 5-email sequence to the customer — thank you, review request, check-in, rebooking reminder, referral request. You add the customer once and it handles the rest.

Where I'm at: Just launched. Still early days — a few users, getting feedback, iterating. Pricing is $29/mo with a 14-day free trial (no credit card needed). I don't know yet if this turns into something big or stays small. But the problem is real and the early feedback has been positive.

If you run a service business or know someone who does: https://www.craftboop.com

What would make this more useful? What am I missing? Genuinely looking for feedback.

This is solid — especially tying follow-ups directly to revenue (reviews, rebooking, referrals). That’s where most tools miss.

One thing I’d seriously think about early: if this starts working, the name might become a bottleneck. In service businesses, trust + clarity matter a lot, and “CraftBoop” feels a bit playful for something handling customer communication.

Curious — are you open to repositioning the name if you start seeing traction?

Nice launch. Follow-ups are underrated, especially for service businesses. Most lose a lot of value just by not following up consistently.
