Create a team of Indie Hackers, but How?

Hi Indie hackers,
I am thinking about a possibile team of Indie Hackers where everyone could propose a new projects and partecipate in the development of other projects, like a super agile organization.

Everyone would be rewarded with the income generated by the projects in which they partecipate.

Do you think that this team could be a possibile reality?

Thank you very much
