Create a website to help people apply GDPR on photos

Recently, I've heard many restaurants need to hide their customer's faces before uploading photos to promote/do marketing for their restaurant.

I'm thinking about creating a tool to help them. So what's that tool will do:

• Need fast and simple to use.
• Need to keep high quality as the original photo.
• Using AI(trending now)

I'm still wondering why should I build this and what's the potential.
