Congrats on the launch! WordPress is the classic 'safe' choice for a reason. I’ve actually been spending the last few months architecting an alternative using a Next.js 16 / Supabase stack specifically because I wanted to see if we could hit 100/100 Lighthouse scores by default without the plugin bloat.

Are you finding the Gutenberg editor easy to customize for your layout, or are you having to rely on third-party builders to get the look you want?

The gutenberg editor is great. I think wordpress is ok.

Nice, congrats on getting it live.
What kind of topics are you planning to write about?

Nice — putting your thoughts out there consistently is already a big step 👍

Had a quick look — the direction is solid, especially focusing on The Lean Startup principles.

One thing that could make it stronger:
→ add real examples or mini case studies in each post
People connect more with “this is how it worked (or failed)” vs just concepts.

    Also:
→ shorter, more focused posts tend to perform better early on
→ clear takeaway at the end (“what should I do next?”)

    Curious:
→ are you writing more for learning/documentation
or trying to build an audience around it?

Also, I’m running a small project (Tokyo Lore) where we highlight builders sharing practical insights like this and see what actually resonates with a real audience.

If you’re open, happy to share more 👍

I had wanted to build an audience. I also wanted to document my experience attending college.
