Created a SaaS tool but do not know how to get users...

I have a problem which I solved and made a SaaS out of it - https://invoicewise.io.

Each month I am sending 30+ same looking invoices so creating them, editing, sending is frustrating, so I created an app where you can generate all of the invoices with one click and send all of them with another - simplicity was the goal. But as I am a programmer, and not a marketing guy, I do not know how to sell it. I am trying to run some Meta ads for a week now, not even knowing whether I am doing it right :D

Any ideas? Is the problem not so relevant or where is a problem?

first don't run ads, ads without any PMF never make sense; now problem you're solving is super niche, i'll look at how do traditional SMBs generate invoices and are they using a software? which software? what's the cost? because i believe for such an app the reason to win will be low pricing; so DM, cold outreach, engage in FB groups of traditional SMBs, you'll get an answer if they'll use the app or not
