Created a simple JetPack Compose app (not finished yet though) with Amazon Cognito authentication

I think JetPack Compose is going to overtake the View-based approach once the library is fully vetted and released due to its simplicity and ease of use. It's very similar to React Native and Flutter too. Here's the github repo: https://github.com/vbudilov/jetpack-compose-starter
