Created an interest sign up page for my new project - Hire in Public

The name is a little tongue in cheek and clearly based off "Building in Public," but hear me out. If IndieHackers and founders can build in public and be as open as possible while working on their product, why can't employers do the same with their hiring process?

More transparency in the hiring process about salaries, timelines, interviews, etc. benefits both job seekers and employers in the long run, and I want to create a job board that encourages this. Of course, I will be building it in public as well. I would love to hear any feedback from the IH community!

If you're interested, the sign up page is here: https://hireinpublic.com/interest

Awesome stuff! Can't wait to see this launch, good luck. The world definitely needs more employee-friendly hiring processes.
