What is up Indie Hackers!

This is Mint from Adaptivity. I have spent hundreds of hours in the past few months talking and mentoring many different people who are looking to make a shift from a traditional career into a tech/digital career which is highly in demand.

The main problem I've seen is that most people are not aware of their options in the digital industry/digital economy, hence it is impossible for them to choose a career and start diving in.

Without a well-informed friend to talk to, many fall into the misconception that technology careers are mostly software engineers, software developers, programmer jobs as they are not aware of other possibilities the digital economy has to offer. UX/UI, Data, Content, Management, and many more roles the digital economy has to provide.
